Reliance Bigtv — big tv / not happy with the service | |||
Dear team i am not happy with big tv service any more, being customer for so long i am getting channels what i paid for. My smart card number is[protected]. Since last couple of months i have called several time complaining about the channels which are Not coming like sony max, sun tv and ktv, ten sport also started just 4 days back. Whenever i call i get an answer it is technical issue and will get resolve in 7 working days but still issue is same. If it will not get resolve say truth so i can take decision why to keep false hope it will be coming. Last month when i call i don't remember the associate name who spoke rudely to me which i never expected and i didn't like the way he spoken to me. I am a customer i have all the rights to know the issue as i am paying the money for the channels.
