Reliance Bigtv — channels not coming & error 400 being displayed on the screen | |||
Error 400 is being displayed on the screen since 4 days. On calling up the customer case on sunday i. E. 15.04.2018, it was informed that problem will be resolved by monday evening as the technical team is working on to resolve the issue. However, issue didn't get resolved by monday evening. Again a follow up call was done by me on tuesday i. E. 17.04.18 morning. Again the customer care representative informed that all the channels will start coming within 24 hours. 24 hours have finished but the problem remains the same. Also from the past 5-6 months, many of the channels subscribed initially under the pack taken by me are not coming. Message was being displayed that rs. 15 will be added in to my account for every 4 days. It may be noted that annual recharge for both my parent & child (Hd) set-top box connections was done by me. I will like to mention that i have been using the relinace big tv for around 10 years now. Kindly take a note that if reliance is not able to provide the required services inspite of the fact that customer has paid for it, doesn't a company like reliance feels necessary to inform the customer about the problems and corrective actions taken by them. Kindly provide a time line to fix the problem or otherwise refund the money to me and i will choose another dth provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
