Reliance Bigtv — did not get set top box after 8 months of pre-booking and refund also not happened | |||||
As per reliance digital tv offer on their website (https://reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html), i booked 2 reliance digital dth connections on 2nd march 2018. My booking ids are [protected]Receipt cum invoice number dl[protected], transaction ref no: lsbi[protected]), [protected]Receipt cum invoice number dl[protected], transaction ref no: lsbi[protected]) After successful booking, response message came from reliance digital tv side says it will be installed within 30 to 45 days. Now 9 months (270 days) time over, but still any installation not happened from reliance digital tv end. I contacted multiple times over phone to reliance digitaltv customer care number ([protected]) which i got from website. Every time customer care executives are telling, they have sent the set top box and should wait for another 7 days for installation. Finally, i contacted them again on 31st august 2018 to cancel my pre-booking and refund the amount back. Then they guided me to send email to [protected]@rbtv.in for cancellation and wait for 48 hours to get the amount back. So i sent e-mail to cancel my order of pre-booking and to get refund of amount rs. 998. Then they replied me asking my bank account detail. I gave al the details and finally they replied that they gave all the information to accounts department and refund will happen within 2 days. But i did not get the refund till now. So i contacted customer care again. But no one is giving proper response Was this information helpful? | |||||
