Reliance Bigtv — dth installation delay | |||
Booking id: 12511584; booking date: 1-mar-2018. Paid rs.499 as pre-booking charges. I was promised of installation within 30-45 days which is approximately 15-apr-2018. I started calling the customer care from 6-apr-18 expecting a default in sla as i had not heard anything. I was rudely asked to shut my mouth until days are over. I was really moved at such an interaction but still upon such unexpected experience i did wait and called post 50+ days. I was now promised that the service engineer would visit my place within 2 weeks which again defaulted. In the between, i tried calling the customer care number several times but the call did not mature and seemed like the number has closed down. I also sent an email to nodal and customer care (Priyanka. [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com) but i did not get any response and my email did not have any effect. Later on 4-may-18 i received an sms stating that the installation will now commence from 15-june-18. I do not understand what are these guys upto. As per the new date, the time is now 106 days. So for the additional 61 days (Close to 2 months) reliance should compensate me. Moreover, i had disconnected my tatasky on accounts of rdth installation and it now seems to be a wrong pick. I demand a compensation for the hassle, inconvenience, delay in installation and breach of commitment. Was this information helpful? | |||
