Reliance Bigtv — fake promise and worst service | |
I have taken freedom 1999 plan and switched from airtel to independent tv. All of sudden channels not working from april 1 st and there is no communication sent to me and didn't seek my approvals to change the plan. I tried calling customer care numbers but it always says the customer is busy on another call. Not sure what and whom they talking 24/7. I tried more than 100 times but no response. Somehow compromised and get in touch with local dth people and they told to buy packs. I wanted to give a final try and bought packs but still channels not coming. I became fooled again. Such worst service.. Last but not least, one month back i raised a complaint to replace remote and they told 48hrs ll replace it. But it's been 30days no response. I managed to get in local dth with 450rs. If it don't resolve this by tomorrow, i'll switch back to airtel dth. Was this information helpful? | |

Since 3 days I am getting error code 200 for most of the channels. I already subscribed for 1 year validity, I even called customer care but no response. Please fix the same immediately. My registered mobile number [protected]. Even I am unable to view the HD channels since 1 Month. Kindly fix this issue immediately.
