Reliance Bigtv — no channels available as per the package | |||
Hi, my card no is[protected], annual bronze subscription, the company is not broadcasting the no of channel s as promised by them, once they say that they are ending their services, and to give missed call and when the tata sky, confirms for providing services, immediately the big tv displays that they will continue the service, the customer care is not responding to calls the website is not opening, is the company playing with its customers, this amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, which the company is well aware, if the services are not restored in time, please refund the amount, there are many service providers waiting to provide dtd services, i hope the company will not give room for further legal complications. I have Recharge for one Year on Sep'17 for Rs. 3240 and now we have received SMS that Services will expired in Nov'17. We have tied up with Tata Sky.My Smart Card No[protected] and unable to contact Customer Care My Contact No - [protected]. as per plan my services is expired after one year. please help us to resolved this issue.

Company has recently announce to discontinue the Reliance Big TV. and i have already taken the 2 yrs subscription in advance. by which only utilised 7 month of view in that. now as the time getting over of migration what will the company do
Kindly please deactivate sports111 pack as early as possible
