Reliance Bigtv — my smart card has expired | |
Hi, I didn't used my dish TV more than 3 months .but Now, I recharged my smart card #[protected] . Still it's showing the same as smart card has expired . Later, I tried several times to customer care, they unable to attend the calls . Final result still engaging ... Please understand the situation & revert back asap. Kindly reactivate my account . My reliance big tv is not working from 3 days.. it off repeatedly.. and when i call the customer care they cut the call without connecting to their executive.. very poor service

From last 20 days we are not getting any channels for viewing TV form Reliance Big TV as set up box is not working for smart card no[protected]
It shows always only loading in progress.
We are facing lot of problem based on this, so please do the needful.

Sir my big tv id is[protected] I am not received some channels as etv Telugu all etv channels are not coming I am trying customer care no several time but not contacting very hope less customer services and I want to change my rmn no because my mob no is change recent no is [protected] pl check and update or pl contact me
After recharge of my big tv connection calling the customer care for n number of times it says due to some reason cannot connect with customer care representative . Last 3 days i am repeatedly doing the same till date my tv channels are not started .
