Reliance Bigtv — need to cancel my new connection and refund the amount | |||
Hello Independent, Please cancel my connection as you guys are not properly responding and not installing the new connection and whenever i call customer care they saying like wait for 7 more working days, this answer i receive every time i called to customer care, so far i have called more than 100 time to customer care and waiting more than 45 days, so please cancel my connection and refund the amount. I booked connection on October - 27th and received below msg on November - 2nd but till now no one came and installed the connection. That distributor is saying that we are not getting amount from Independent TV thats why we will not come and install the connection, i am not sure whether they guys are giving the connection hardware and amount to the distributor.
