Reliance Bigtv — no channels are displayed error:signal lost | |||
ERROR - 400 -on screen Big TV not working since a week as the screen shows ERROR 400. Since 6 months I am not getting all the channels that I have paid for. Customer care said all issues will be resolved on 4 days, but it has been a week. No TV transmission No response from technicians or their team or customer care No extreme weather conditions at my place I have replugged the set top box No problem with the antenna Please help, or in the least pls acknowledge Else let me know the refund process and I will opt for a better and more honest Service provider Was this information helpful? | |||
