[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — No proper service after repeated complaint also | |||||
Date of 1st complaint-april, 14, 2016 Problem reported- 1. Worst experience with reliance dth customer care team:not picking call for nearly 3 days (Timings;8.30 pm to 9.30pm) 2. Also note that i have recharged rs.96 for jumbo sports pack yesterday as i have been much interested to watch the ipl match but the disaster is that when i went home to turn on tv and look for the channel it was showing need to recharge even though i have recharged. Then i tried to call customer care team the worst continued as point no 1 explained, i missed the match which i have paid for watching. Solution provided:no resolution just received repeated acknowledgement mails. Date of 2nd complaint-may, 24, 2016 Problem reported:set up box not working for past 5 days (Complaint no[protected] Same repeat complaint for registering complaint itself took 3 days as no response from customer care called on 23/05/2016 after 9pm no response after repeated call on 24/05/2016 morning 10 am no response. Action taken-no action taken after complaint log also they replied to mail saying will be serviced within 48 hrs it has been 6 days still no one even in touch to know about the problem facing. I have reacharged for watching ipl matches i lost all precious moment of watching matches that too final because of irresponsible reliance big tv. Lost all interest and mind not free for my wife as she is alone in home because of no tv she is got angry her health is upset due to increase in bp. Kindly resolve the issue sir as am going mad about buying this big problem tv (Reliance) Was this information helpful? | |||||
