Reliance Bigtv — no reception for the past 7-8 days.

We are not getting any tv channels for the past one week or so. The message flashing on the screen says, error, contact toll free number. The toll free number is constantly engaged. I have paid a full years subscription, and would like that the issue not only be resolved but i must also get a refund for the lost days of reception. I even sent a complaint through the big tv website, but i have not heard back till date.

Any channels are not playing from last two days . Mostly channels was not playing from last one month. I called to reliance for this problem but no action taken by reliance.
