Reliance Bigtv — no service for last 4 months

I am having bigtv connection and have taken one year subscription. For last 4 months they are not provide any service except sab tv. I have registered compliant on their customer care number [protected] but it was not resolved. The company has been now taken over by independent tv, i have requested 3 times to them also to restore the broadcasting services but they are also not paying any interest to it.

When a company is sold out, why is the interest of consumer not kept in mind. The reliance digital tv must refund my one year subscription and also get new set-up box of independent tv installed.
