Reliance Bigtv — no transmission since 8 days- no customer support | |||
Hi there, My reliance big tv has stopped transmission from past 8 days with error 400, i verified as per faq, every thing seems ok. I tried to reach customer care since them, unable to connect some times, if connected vr says to wait for 5 mins, i have waited for 60 one time another time 90 mins every day 5 to 10 times i am contacting customer care, no luck till now, i called nodal officer, ph umbers[protected],[protected] no once answer from that phone. Send couple of mails to the customer care & nodal officers ([protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com) no one responded back. Raise service request in mobile app, the ticket closed automatically with out resolution. I do not understand why all of sudden the big tv cc is not responding. Is it problem for me alone of all of the customers were facing the same issues? Can any one help me here Was this information helpful? | |||

From last 20 days my Tv is showing signal lost error 400. My smart card number[protected]. Customer care has no response. My contact number [protected]. Kindly resolve immediately

You are keep proving yourself that the service is worse. No one called me its been 15 days since my transmission has lost, no one came or either called for fixing.
Got call from reliance customer care and informed that they will send the person in 2 days, but no one turned up.
Please fix it or else cancle the connection/Subscription and refund my money.
