Reliance Bigtv — non installation of reliance big tv connection even after 18 months passed

30 to 45 days. But till date i. E. After approx 09 months it has not been installed. I called several
Times to rbtv customer care and everytime they gave false assurance to me that it will be done within
A week. It is not up to the mark of such a big network of reliance. I am sorry to say that now i am
Feeling to be cheated. I can't wait further more. I have taken another digitel connection and i would
Like to cancel my rbtv registration. So please refund my booking amount of rs. 500 to me.
