Reliance Bigtv — non provision of digital set top box and dishonoring of customer by company executive

Dear sir,
I've pre booked reliance digital Big TV on 01 mar 18 and was intimated that these installation process will commence from 15 Apr 18. After the intimate time elapsed, the company is least bothered to inform the customer regarding delay. Afterwards when I called back I was told the installation process will commence from 15 may 18 onwards. Then again I waited and called in end may 18 and was intimated regarding delay till 15 Jun 18 onwards. Then I called today, their executive, Mr Kalika has reluctantly answered and denied to reveal his identity and intimated that he will not disclose his identity. Anyhow, he told that the process will be finished by 30 Jul 18.. He confirmed that I'll get a call from the company and will get install the set top box before 30 Jul 18. When I asked, if not gets done?? Then he insisted me to call after 31 Jul 18.. The company has very proactively launched the project, however, few arrogant and impatient executives are spoiling it's fragrance and making customers very dissatisfied and uncomfortable..

Still waiting for your dish and set top box new connection booked in the month of march what is this are your fooling people by saying that it would be supplied in 45 days after booking I would see that if by this month end I dint receive then I would file a case in consumer court against the company for fraud and fooling people
I have paid Rs 250 towards the subscription
for my account number[protected] through PAYTM on 13 th June 2018.
There is no signal
When enquirer the customer care they said the service is discontinued
In this context return the money collected

No information on the installation even after 4 months from date of booking. Looks like a fraud company. Their toll free number is always busy and gets disconnected all the time.
