[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Not giving proper services in case of failuer of their product. | |||||
I am having reliance big tv cable connection having number[protected] in the name anil fondekar before 4-5 days having problem is viewing tv hence they change the ' set top box' there after i was not able to view the picture hence again complaint was filed and they said that ' smart card ' is to be changed and for that they have not attended the complaint till date i. E. 05/09/2016 and every time the phone is disconnected by the operator having not attended. Was this information helpful? | |||||
