Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. I booked on 2nd march 2018. So i want my refund of inr 499 back. I called on[protected] /[protected] for the refund many times since april 2018. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in. I mailed my bank account and order id details on [protected]@rbtv.in many times. Till now i haven't got the refund Was this information helpful? | |
