Reliance Bigtv — reconnect tv

I have purchased the product from reliance digital outlet. Product has bad speaker quality for which i have registered the complain in the store but they says with the product you have purchased you get only that much quality.
I have purchased the product for the brand name it is associated with.
If the quality is not satisfying for me. How shall i get the product exchanged.

This is with regards to dth service not working, not even a single channel, and trying to contact the Toll free numbers and even that are not working. The person who came for installation says that they are no longer working for reliance dth.
Still trying to contact but not able to.

We have paid the amount-499 pay (ID[protected] but did not install Big TV connection yet.It has been 14 months(Dated-20.03.2018). my-booking id is A12947524.
