Hi, i am vinod singh big tv referance number 14513310 registered mobile number is [protected]
I wanted to cancel my 2 reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs each bacause when i prebooked 160 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. Reliance executive not help me this case and took several extention and given fake commitment against the installation. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id 14513310 and second not know, which i receieved after prebooking.
Please cancel my order and give me refund
