[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Regarding no response on service request no.[protected] | |||||
This is to inform you that no action is taken on my complaint yet from 11nov.2016 nor any of your technician bother to call me regarding problem and i unable to view tv. This is very irresponsible behaviour from reliance. Same complaint i raised on 3rd nov. With request i. D.[protected] but without any technician visit a message sended to me on 5th november that it is been resolved. Please tell me how it is possible that no one visit to me and my issue was resolved itself. I dont expect this type of irresponsible behaviour from reliance towards the 8 yrs old customer. Please solve this issue as soon as possible else i will take services of any other dth provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
