[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — reg.non installation of new connection | |||
I booked a new connection for reliance big tv on 02.03.2018 under id no. 12517333 and paid rs. 499 as pre booking fee but till date connection is not installed even 45 days passed. I contacted on customer care number a few days ago, then representative asked me to register complaint after 45 days. Now customer care number is not working and i am unable to register my complaint. Please installed new connection as early as possible because i have already disconnected my fastway cable network. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 26, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing is done by reliance company so far. Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

Sir no reply is received from reliance. I also send email but nothing is done so far. Customer Care no. Is also temporarily switched off. May I go to consumer Court or otherwise. Thanks
