I applied for connection on 1st march 2018. As per their website and t&c, installation need to be done with in 30-45 days. Today is 17 april and it's been 47 days now but there is no sign for installation. After repeated call to the customer care, got to know they still need more than 15 days for this. Wrong commitment is done to the customer by the company. I want to sue the company for not valuing the customer. My booking id is 12503813. Please take strict action for wrong commitment done to the customers. They have already taken rs. 500 as prepayment for the connection.

Updated by Sachingrover123 Just called again to their customer care number given on website. They said there is no installation started yet and it will take 2-3 weeks more, means there is specific timeline till now. I asked for refund so I was told that there is no procedure for refund also, then I asked to write a compliant and she ignored me saying that than you for calling and cut the call. Reliance is one of the most corrupt organisation and no one is looking into it. 3 months ago they closed 2G, They had about 40 million customers in 2G and if you see my case I had 200 Rs. balance in my sim, even if you consider 10 Rs on an average for 40 million people, it will be 4 crore x 10 Rs. 40 crores of fraud and no one even not TRAI took any action. There is no jurisdiction to sent these culprits behind bars. Shame on this kind of law.

Hi Sujit, can you provide me the link, where can I raise the complaint, and do they take any action or it is just waste of time for the customer as these are big companies I dont think anyone can touch them.
