Reliance Bigtv — reliance big tv not able to see a single channel

I am using reliance big tv and its set top box from 7 to 8 years from last two months in this month april 2018 many channels are out of service and from 15 april 2018 not able see a single channel and customer care representative are making false commitments no service provided by their costumer representatives whenever i call on [protected] or on [protected] only rout is busy we can hear why these helplines are there if we want to contact them we have to try the number at least for 40 to 42 times, all smart card are prepaid it means money is taken before we get any service and after that you are not able to give that service and even cant give satisfactory answer or fix date every time wrong commitment
