I have booked reliance digital big tv scheme on 1/3/2018. They have charged 499rs on the name of pre-booking of new connection and have booked connection on 1/3/18 and they promised that, will get new connection within 45 days. Its already 4 months are completing. There is no message from them. I am trying to contact their customer care[protected] number, there is no response from them. I am totally frustrated due to their service. Please help me to get my 499 rs refund or do the connection within week.
