Reliance Bigtv — reliance digital tv new big-tv connection installation is still not been done....!!!! no refund provided...!!!!

I have pre booked for new connection on 20th march 2018 and paid rs.499 + 499 = 998/-.
As per website within 30 to 45 days it will be installed.
But no installation and no further communication.
When i call customer care for refund they took all require bank details but not refund been processed yet.
I am fed up with your customer care team, need to fix this issue and want refund of my complete amount.

Hi,

I am from Banashankari 2nd stage, Bangalore and since.couple of days I am receiving this error and none of the channels are coming.

All the provided customer care numbers says Dial a valid number.

Any solution is highly appreciated.
