Reliance Bigtv — service provider not giving the committed channels (south indian pack)

Hi I am having reliance digital DTH connection my connection no is[protected] in the name of Jahangeer. S and I also had same problem I couldn't connect reliance customer care no.and most of important channels are discontinued. Can anyone suggest that action I can take against this provider.

Yeah, that's true. None of the premium channels are coming. And their customer support executives are well trained just to dodge customer complaints and mislead them. I dont think calling the customer care is going to be of any use because they are just puppets of the script given by the management. Reliance BigTv company is just taking all o[censored]s on a run. I think the company is heavily burdened with loses. I wonder if anyone has lodged a complaint with consumer court (this website is just a forum, complaining here is not going to solve anybodys problems). If not we should all together file a class action suite. Or we should bring this problem in a blog or media where it catches the attention of the management. Atleast the threat of a law suite and losing company reputation will make them more answerable to the customers.
