I'm a big tv customer using telugu channels package, from past 2-3 months there is a issue going on as i'm unable to view the channels, i tried calling to help line number but there was no proper response from everyone and was simply disconnected my calls every time. I requested to transfer the call to there supervisor or floor manager, but no one was feeling to do that and was simply keeping in mute, i don't know why these kind of people's has working as a customer care executive. One of the waste service in hyderabad. Really feel shameful for using big tv and i won't to disconnect the service so help me out with the procedure Was this information helpful? | |||||
