Reliance Bigtv — smart card number[protected]big tv channels not coming

Channels are not coming though we recharged with 300 rupees last month and error 200 is always displaying. I have called many times big tv customer care but it is of no use and i am surprised to receive message to recharge again and they have suspended services without giving any service for the last 1 month. Very very poor management and worst service

Dear sir/ madam,
I have done online pre-booking for Reliance D2h on 02-Mar-18. But since now no response from customer service. Even the customer service also not reachable whenever trying. I am totally disappointed for Reliance network. If not happen soon for installation, I am going to complain against reliance d2h network.
New connection was booked under id A12937597 ON DATED 16/03/2018, BUT NOT INSTALLED TILL TODAY not any information intimated to me .please give latest informatin regarding this matter.
