My Smart Card No.[protected]. Last month nearly 10 days ETV Channels have not come. After restoring of ETV channels, Gemini TV channels are not coming and these channels have been replaced with Vanitha, Studio One etc. without any intimation to the customer. Again, since yesterday ETV channels are not coming. It is not correct to suffer customers. Also there is not communications from service providers regarding disappearing of these channels. Since one month I am trying to book a complaint through your toll free no., there I am getting a voice message when I opted to talk with customer executive, that "this service is temporarily not available'. In these circumstances what we have to do. Request to please solve this problem immediately. Treat this most urgent and very very serious problem.
