Reliance Bigtv — trying to contact customer care but no number reachable

My Dish TV due to weather is not working from last two months, trying to call customer care, sent mails, but no response, pathetic service.
Tried sending mails, no response, tried calling customer care but the given number has no response.
Please let me know how can i register the complaint and get the issue resolved.
