Reliance Communications — billing for a period when the phone number was in use with other service provider | |
I want to understand the reason for billing for the month of july and august when the phone number [protected] has been ported over to reliance jio on june 16th, 2017. I also confirmed the same after reaching out to reliance customer care and they clearly said that line isn’t active since june on reliance communications but the bill is still being generated. No action was taken even after multiple emails from my side as i am not in india i won’t be able to visit a store to settle it. If i can get a justification of as to what the charges are levied for and if they are correct i don’t have a problem paying for it. Please let me know what the charges are for when the line was not active in the month of july and august, also since the same number ([protected]) is active with another service provider how it can be active with reliance communications as well.
