I lost my handset with sim.I had complaint for it to police, i request for issue new sim of [protected] to shree bal hanuman communication nit faridabad but store attandandt clearly refuse to issue the new sim, i had paid the current bill rs.374 and my lost sim had block, i can not pay/not responsible for any bill from today, kindly solve this matter and issue the new sim,
