[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Fake bill generation

Dear Team,

I am receiving fake bills on my email, please note that neither i have ever used reliance nor i know this person whom reliance have issued this number mentioning my email.
I am Ikramur Rehman and i am in UAE since 2009 feb, and have never applied for any connection.
Please help me understand if these mails are spam or they are forged in my name.
