Dear sir, I applied for reliance combo wireline internet connection CAF no. [protected] My customer id[protected] Customer a/c number[protected] Internet installed but phone not installed even after 1 month. my service request No. / Trouble Ticket Number is :CNM[protected] even my personal details like phone number are not correctly reflected. My mother is 90 years old and she needs the phone urgently. Pl. correct my personal details and provide phone connection urgently Reliance is a big organization and should provide good customer service and should deliever on promise. Dear sir, my complaint is not yet resolved my inter net is not working, my complaint number to reliance is[protected], no body is interested in attending the complaint, reliance representative who booked the connection is not available, some of my friends are using Airtel line broadband and they are very happy. I my self am considering to discontinue the service. Very bad on part of reliance, Mr. Ambani senior earned a reputation for quality but reliance communication very very bad service, I would not advise anyone to go fro reliance connection, at least 30 minute wait on phone for complaint registration.

I am your wireline broadband customer and my a/c numberis[protected].<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
I am writing with much annoyance and irritation and I am not at all happy with your services, refer my above complaint number:-
1. Even though I was informed by your below mails, that my number [protected] has been updated on all my bills contact number is still coming as [protected] it should only be [protected] as this number [protected] just has been filled by your sales representative sh. Ashok ([protected]) fraudulently, so that customer can’t contact the company and tell about his black deeds. Pl. immediately remove [protected] and fill [protected] for all purposes.
2. You allow small time students and temporary persons as your sales rep. to collect sensitive data from customers and as in my case they disappear and customer is not attended to.
3. I find some kind of racket is going on and my personal details are not yet being updated.
4. My internet connection is frequently down for days and reliance is claiming all bills in advance.
5. Pl. immediately disconnect the broadband as I do not want to put up with a company not caring for its customers.
6. Refund my installation and other charges as you can see from my records that I have complained a number of times and now I am fed up, you can take above complaint number as one of the reference.
7. I just hope that this thing gets highlighted in the media that how a company of repute is shortchanging its customers.
8. I have also put my complaints on consumer complaint web site and now .
For urgent and immediate action please.
