[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Forfeiture of gprs balance prior validity | |||
I had bought a new reliance gsm sim card ([protected]) and got 50 mb gprs balance with 30 days validity. On 29th October, I recharged my number with ₹29 paper coupon gprs pack.I checked the gprs balance through text message and got the message of 1026.24mb balance with validity till 26th November and when again I checked on 31st October, I got the message with gprs validity till 31st October.Reliance has cheated me and did fraud with me.When I talked to the customer care, they said that I must have used the balance. This is not the first time that I was the victim, earlier reliance has changed my 15 years ([protected]) old sim card's tariff plan without prior notice so I ported it to Vodafone. So, I suggest the readers never to believe reliance and if they are planning to buy a new sim, don't ever buy reliance idea or airtel is far better than this company.
