Reliance Communications Limited — Wrong given by CC which cost me 1850 rupees | |||
I am using Reliance company given handset from past many years but it is almost dead now and not giving any backup so I tried to change the handset but Reliance Kanpur (UP) offices do not have any cordless phone. I approached Customer Care if they can help so I have been told to buy any handset from market and they will divert my number. I have email from Reliance with this same msg, I even sent them one link from Flipkart if I can buy that and they replied exacts same that I am good to buy any set so I purchased one. But not Reliance is saying that handset is not compatible with their network so it can not be used. Flipkart is not ready to take that set back as there is no technical issue on the set (have email). I tried to approach Appellate authority but they are not replying at all. Can someone please help me? I am very clear if it is Reliance Customer Executive mistake why should consumer pay the amount.
