Dear sir, I am Manish kumar from Noida, Currently i am using a no. which is of Idea network [protected]. I got a call from Reliance call centre no. was [protected] offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details. Next day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His Name was Karan ( [protected]). he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 300/- rs. and issued a receipt having serial no.-3749 dated 09/02/16. the receipt is representing Channel Partner of Reliance communication named Great India Communication, Having address- 169/3, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, E-mail ID- gic.[protected]@gmail.com, contact no. [protected]. Next day I got a call from [protected] and conformed my details and said tomorrow house verification will done. This conversation was on 11/02/16. But i have no update till now that whats going on. No one receiving my call on [protected]. When i called to sells executive Karan ( [protected]) he replied that this is not his bussiness. i want to know why they are cheating ???? Was this information helpful? | |||
