To the Concerned Authorities, Reliance Communications Customer Care. www.rcom.in Navi Mumbai 400709. Dear Sir/Mam, please note : On 21/06/17 the customer services team representative (mis. Shraddha) had called me from Cust. Care [protected] (when i was 35 kms. away from home town) & provided me a communication docket #[protected]. She apologized on behalf of Reliance Communications due to problems facing issue. She instructed me to switch from Automatic network selection to Manual Network on my mobile n try for the AIRCEL Network as (Aircel n Reliance is been Merged). I along with others tried as per instruction/s but facing the problem till the date. As per your assurance, once again i request you to solve the issue of network at the earliest as the citizens are facing a lot due to poor network services.
