Ref tx no 24 r#111 dated 24/02/2019 I purchased a lg air conditioner from reliance digital chembur showroom. As per advice from your sales officers, i took a three month Installment plan; wherein i was given a written personal undertaking / guarantee by you sales manage mr asif (Mobile [protected]) that if The icici bank did not give the interest and cash back refund he would pay pay this amount from his pocket. Based on this explicit assurance i purchased the air conditioner. However i did not get the minimum cash back,, of rs 2000/- and part interest of rs780/- I have been following up this issue since june 2019 with your manager mr. Asif, who has promised to send this money to my residence, from his pocket., He has not been able to pay this amount till date. He has made this commitment on behalf of reliance digital in good faith as its authorised representative. I have purchased the ac basically on this assurance. I request reliance digital to settle this issue by paying me the promised sum which has not been returned by credit card service provider. I believe that reliance digital must come to the rescue of its officers who act in good faith lest the confidence of the customers be shattered. I have been promised since two months that the money will be sent to my residence. It has not happened till date. Please help Lata nandakumar Was this information helpful? | |||
