Sir, I am having hard time resolving my complaint with reliance customer care & connection provider executive(s) Mr. Hardik Thakur & Ms. Zoya.I have switched my previous vodafone postpaid connection to reliance postpaid using call portability features and expecting more reasonable and better services from reliance.But for past 6 days I am unable to resolve my complaint and still my connection is withheld due to some call barring activity through reliance. . I already followed a lot with customer care & reliance executive but they are unable to resolve my problem for 7 days.Even, they stopped receiving my calls, forget about resolving the problem. So please help resuming my connection as soon as possible.My postpaid number is [protected]. Additionally, Reliance executive details are as follows : Mr Hardik Thakur & Ms Zoya ([protected]).I have transferred I.N.R 750 in Mr Hardik Thakur account for the bill adjustment for the remote area location as suggested my Hardik thakur.I was unable to get the contact details of Mr Hardik Thakur from his assistant Zoya.Kindly return my money back or resume the service back as soon as possible.
