Reliance Communications — slow internet speed

I am using reliance jio sim (Mob. No.[protected]).in every third month i recharge 4g internet pack with 399rs. But i have not get 4g speed, some time gets less than 2g and sometime 3g (Max). I have contacted to reliance customer care about this problem, every time they told that we are trying to fixing the internet problem, i takes some times i. E. Like some say 1 month or 2. But i have not get any improvement. My complaint is that first they give 4g speed for which we have paid for other wise they payback our money i. E. Give refund of money if they can not gives proper service. So i want refund of my recharge from the date of my last recharge to till date[protected]. If they will not able to gives 4g speed from today to next coming days i shall again raise the complaint for my refund of recharge.
