Reliance Communications — unable to pay my unbilled amount from 22th dec 2017 so that i can port out from rcom

Kindly inform i can i pay my unbill amount.. So that i can easily port out from reliance. As i have tried from online app payment, such as paytm, freerechage, banking app but they have removed reliance communication service provider name from there portal. So kindly help me the how can i sort out my problem.. I have already given my number to port in vodafone... And it in process.. And i have paid my last bill recently.. I just want to pay only an unbill amount. Of rs. 105.
