Reliance Communications — unable to port reliance mobile number

I m using reliance postpaid form 12 years till now, service is so poor, i m not receiving port code sms form reliance i have sms port to 1900 twice still not received the code. Went to reliance store they say, they can help only if you port into vodafone or airtel postpaid and not prepaid, i don't want postpaid connection and also i have paid bill extra so that afterwards there shouldn't be any issue but still, very bad service from reliance unable to port.
