[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unnecessary Bills and forcing for payments

Its been more than about 2 to 3 years since having used the Reliance Netconnect, the service for which was stopped by the provider and still the bills for about two months were generated. They contacted at that time and on explanation from my side, the calling executives didn't had any idea of why the bills were generated if the service was not getting provided. Also as a result, they sent 2 guys for getting money at the address provided and unavailability resulted in the issue remaining uncleared. Which on further calling was still kept uncleared from the executive side, still waiting for me to visit the web store. A letter in time being also mentioned the necessity of me being present at the civil court on a Sunday, which I did, but found no one to contact for the issue.

Further, there had been no contact from their side since past 3 years and all of a sudden i received a mail today which is as follows:

However, i would contact the concerned person as well, the debt should be moreover from the reliance communications side for producing extra bills without service and not being able to solve the problem as well at the time when the issue was raised.
