[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — WRONG DEDUCTION OF MOBILE BALANCE

Sir I am using Reliance Mobile number since 2 years. On 28.12.2014, I sent message in USSD for activating 3G-7 DAYS-150 MB pack for Rs.45/-. I received a message as "We received your request. Data pack will be enabled shortly". My balance got reduced from Rs.170 to Rs.124 but did not get any more message. I started using the Data upto 12 MB. On 30.12.2014, Net not connected and I called Reliance Cust care - They told NO BALANCE in your A/c and so internet not connected. I lodged a complaint[protected] on same day by calling 198. I got message that balance deducted due to Data usage. From 30.12.2014, till now I could not call 198- whenever i call 198, IVR says "Our Executive will call you shortly" and call was cut immediatly- Noone called me even after 6 days. I sent mail to customer care and asked for why they did not activate Rs.45 - DATA PACK No Answer for that. They sent mails stating that the issue is resolved. No reason provided. All their mails (3) were in one line stating that THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I dont know what resolved without doing anything. Meanwhile on 02.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to UMESH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . Again on 03.01.2015, I got SMS that "You talked to ASHISH - Were you satisfied with your interaction?" . NOONE CALLED ME SO FAR BUT SMS RECEIVED AS SOMEBODY TALKED TO ME. I could not call 198 from my Mobile as It is Blocked. I demand recredit of my Amount of Rs.122/- but No answer No action. Clear Looting from Reliance. I have not heard of such Ridiculous act from any operator that, without talking to customer, they update their records as talked to customer and issue resolved. It Seems Reliance Staff is/are Afraid of talking to me AS THEY KNOW WELL THAT IT IS RELIANCE FAULT FOR NOT ENABLING THE DATA PACK DESPITE MY REDUCED BALANCE. Very WORST / POOR / RIDICULOUS / STUPID SERVICE FROM RELIANCE. Other Operators like AIRTEL, VODAFONE ... never stops the customer calling - Reliance block my number to stop calling to 198 for NO REASON - Just for Rs.122. WHETHER RELIANCE HAS BEEN RUNNING OUT OF MONEY SO THAT THEY ARE LOOTING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS? Please do the needful immediatly. Else I will move my number, thru MNP, to another Telecom operator alongwith 2 more numbers of my family members using Reliance. Yours faithfully Nachiappan
