I have received same kind of message today. I bought reliance data card some 5 months back. It didn't even open google page. They took 2800 Rs from me for 3 motnhs 5GB plan. I had to buy another data card of Vodafone finally. My time and money were wasted. Now they are sending me bill of around 1000 RS and also they have sent SMS asking to be present in court.
