Reliance — Delivery and instalation

I have purchased samsung televsion from a reliance store on 12th august 2015 and was told i wud have the delivery on the 13th which is the next day. However the delivery has been made but the instalation they say will be done the next day. This is a detail which was not mentioned to me and now i have my completele work shcedule upside down because of this error This is not the kind of service i expect from such a big firm as reliance.
