[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — 10% cash payback new offer not received

I bought a samsung j7 prime mobile on 1st jan 2017 at reliance digital annanagar branch. They told me about the 10% cash back offer on newyear and ill receive it shortly. But till now i've not received. I've reached them so manytime and still now i've not got the cashback. Its already 9 months over. Still now no response. Pls take my complaint into consideration and do the needful asap.
