Reliance Digital — 2 months and still haven’t got a new phone

Given my Iphone 7 black 32 GB on 12th Aug, piece was in warranty, 2 months and still haven’t got a new phone same model and colour and since most re than 2 months atleat 6 people from Reliance digital malad, reliance resQ and Amtrust have been giving false promises and buying time. Even delivery for a new handset for today was promised to me by Gaurav Waghmare & yet again it was a false promise.
