Hi i have raised one complain regarding my samsung ac on 30th april'2018. Without visiting at my home mr animesh has given the false feedback that they have unable to connect me. Now from yesterday i was calling to animesh several time but he is not picking up my phone. His ph number is [protected]. He is a fraud technision. Also another person ([protected]) from barrackpore ghosh para showroom is involved for this situation. I really need help for my ac. I need higher level escalation against those two person immediately.
